RE Old Wood Desk w/Chair Set - Office/Den Furniture
This is a simple 3 prim Old Wood Desk, with one prim chair. The desk has drawers & doors on the sitting side, with a different texture on the other side, so it can be placed against a wall or facing the room. The chair has a sit pose built in to it & they feature custom textures & sculpty chair shape. The desk parts don’t open, it’s just for decoration. One of the bottom parts of the desk, can also be removed to make a matching file cabinet. (See last pic)
It is Copy/Mod, so it can be resized, texture changed or more than one put out. Some of the animation items inside the chair are no mod, so don’t be alarmed, the rest is modify. The animation can also be replaced.
A nice decoration for Western or Old West towns and settings. Could also be used as decor for bank, law or Sheriff office, den, bedrooms, western clubs or in role play settings. Could also be fitting for modern & Victorian homes and buildings.

Just What I Needed
After buying Rod Eun's "Medical Cabinet" for my Victorian steampunk study, I decided to splurge and spend another 20 cents on this desk. He's done it again! Outstanding textures bring the plain box shapes beautifully to life without having to burn up all my land impact on incidental decorative pieces. Rod's work is also saving me the many days of working making my own furniture for this.
I linked the medical cabinet to the desk and set the whole thing to "convex hull," so that I'm spending only 2 prims of Land Impact for the whole set.
The Simple Sit setup has an adjustment ball, but I didn't need to use it. The sit target worked fine for my (somewhat tall) avatar right out of the box.
