This is a fun little playhouse with a fun tower attached. It is 2 stories and the upper floor goes out to the upper part of the tower. Lots of places to climb and play around.
It features custom textures, but is mod so they can be changed and most of the textures are base white colors, so they an be tinted to any color. It comes tinted as shown in the pics. There are also some fun window and door designs.
The house has about a 12 x 16 footprint and the house is 12 x 8 it's self.
Fun for kids and children of all ages and neat in any forest, fantasy or toon town setting!
