RE Toon House Gold & Red 3.0 - Fun Cartoon Playhouse!

This is a fun cartoon home done in Gold & Red colors, with others mixed around. It's a little crooked, with bent posts and windows. This is a rework, for a theme park project, of my popular original Toon House, but this version has a lower prim count.

It features custom textures & sculpts, but is Mod so they can be changed and almost all the textures are done in neutral tones, so they can be tinted to any color (see last pics). This house is also Copy.

The house has about a 18 x 14 footprint, including the porch & the main house is 18 x 10. Good for your own use or as a rental.

Fun for kids of all ages and neat in any forest, fantasy or toon town setting. Good for boys & girls alike, or near the playground.
