RE Victorian Mansion/Hotel 2.0 - Green Lap - Large House

This home is same as the original popular Mansion, of the same name, but with some extra tweaks, added new textures, stair case with railing and pointed roof. This version is also Copy/Mod, which is a change, to my current line of homes.

A Victorian style Mansion or Hotel, done in green lap wood and trim. It is a 2 story building, with 3 good sized rooms upstairs and 1 more down & a large open front area. There is also an upper and lower front porch, 2 of the upstairs rooms have a door leading out. Plus there is a very large attic area, with ladder, that can be used for more room space.

It features custom textures inside and out, but is Mod so you can add your own. Good for your own use or to be used as rentals. Comes with all doors in place, inside and out, but all are mod, so they can be changed as well.

Has a 20m x 20m footprint, including the porches.

Cannot only be used for a Hotel or Large Home, but also a Boarding House and such. It fits nicely in any setting, including Western, Old West or modern sims.
