These is one of the first in a line of country / Victorian / farm style homes i will be making. With this package you get the big red country house but i also made it in a cheaper smaller blue version. Check my other items for that house. The house is 32X36 AND NOT 25X43 and has a prim count of 272 with just the bathroom and kitchen items and a few extras.This house comes packaged in rez faux and is easy to set in place with the box i turn the rezzer into. The rezzer has a red side showing u the front of the rezzer and front of the house.
This house is perfect for a 2048 or 4096 piece of land or anything bigger.
The big red country house has 3 floors. The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, bathroom and living room.
The kitchen has a stone type wood burning stove with sculpted rack. The appliances all open/close on touch. The sink and faucet are both sculpted and both have water with on/off on touch, the lights turn on/off on touch, oven is made of sculpts and prims to give it a good look and has open close door on touch, has 2 racks that come out and one rack has a pie with on/off steam on touch. Everything made with high quality textures, sculpts and scripts.
The bathroom has again high quality sculpted sink, faucet, bathtub and toilet. Both tub and sink have water on touch. The toilet has animation on sit, sounds, open/close lid on touch and flushes.
Second floor has a huge room with plenty of windows and space for your furniture and decor or use the one that comes with house.
Third floor is more like an attic but can be used as a theater like in rezzer A or can be used as another room or anything you choose. From the attic you will also find stairs that lead to the roof with has nice rails to prevent you from falling off. The roof can be used as a sitting place to relax with a view, put a hot tub and party or anything else.

This rezzer contains the big red country house without the extras inside. It rezzes the house with only the kitchen and bathroom items and a few important extras. It help in case you have a lower prim count. The prim count on this one is 272 prims.
