Like the title says, LOL. I should have read the listing better. Just be aware that this hat is no copy, no mod, no transfer. I got it thinking "it's a hat, of course it can be resized" -- but I really should have read the listing better.
That being said, I'm rating the hat fairly on the quality and not on the fact that it... well, is pretty useless as a hat for me because my head shape doesn't really allow for too much play with hair underneath. And the hat itself is good quality and the texture HUD is nice. It's still pretty cute, just wish I had paid attention to the small print before I got it, as I can't wear it and can't send it to anyone who can. :/
Overall the hat quality and HUD quality though I guess it deserves 3-4 stars so if you have a smaller head (mostly so hair won't have to be quite so big to cover it and still look right) this hat could be a winner for you ^.^
