Its a simple old American farmhouse much like the ones I grew up with. Unlike my other houses, this house is large and uses all the best features from the tiny houses. Its perfect for a large family and has a space for kitchen, bath, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, four fire places and a large closet with access to a huge attic.

The outside is stone and it has a double porch with pretty gingerbread and screen doors to let the breezes flow. The porch is perfect for hanging out or watching the sun set.

Inside I used time worn wall papers and varnished wood. It has a bay window where you can spend the afternoon napping or just day dreaming looking out the window. Its got a quiet fire in the fireplace and smoke in the chimney.

When you are ready for bed you can climb the lovely staircase, past the stained glass window, and up to the bedroom for a good nights rest.

The foot print is 20m by 30m and is 392 prims. It has a simple note card configuration for the door locks. After all simple is better. Its mod/copy and no transfer.
