The house comes with a HUD driven texture change that spans 4 different zones through out the house. The additional items include 4 different glass block separators, a main wall separator one that is staggered glass block, a short one and a kitchen island type object.

Additionally we have added a base texture package that will allow you to further customize the home, the UV layout is setup simply by interior and exterior walls for each level, the floors are sectioned as one item that includes the floor and ceiling sections.
