REQ: Pulse Carbine

Part of the Red Comet's Crap 2.0 line of weapons.

"Type 60 directed energy.... uh... look, it's a pulse carbine, just shoot the bad guys with it."

The newest in Covenant wetwork firearms, this weapon draws with Primary weapon commands, and is a select fire weapon, with both charge and burst modes.

This weapon is compatible will all of our old weapon sets, as well as the new Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary weapon loadout system.
