THIS IS NOT WORKING ON MY LELUTKA GREER 3.4 HEAD. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT NOTHING WORKS. i EVEN HAD TO CHANGE MY WHOLE HEAD BECAUSE THERE WAS SOMETHING BAD GOING ON WITH THE HEAD. WHY DONT YOU ANSWER TO MY TWO NOTECARDS WITH PICTURES??? REDELIVERY IS NOT WORKING EITHER AT YOUR SHOP. I WANT A FULL REFUND PLEASE!!!!!

so I bought this product and it is not working on my genus head. Also, there is no "redeliver" option. I would just like a refund altogether. way too complicated:/which suck because the picture is STUNNING
