This is a specialist building with lots of scope. This building is spacious and will easily meet corporate needs. It offers an auditorium, a large reception/meeting point, and a spacious cinema; complete with screen.
On the top floor there is a very spacious office and/or student area. The whole building usage is limited only by your own imagination.
We see a building for a corporation, a college, learning centre, even a shopping centre. You get the option to modify textures and if you mess up, you just delete the building and re-rezz!
All in all a fantastic building. The windows have colour tint control which means you can change the colours. It also has tint control giving the option to have opaque or solid state windows for privacy.
The building is not the whole package! It also comes with the exterior walkway and fences with a beautiful fountain. There is a wooden seating area also included in the build. Anything you do not need, you can simply take away by unlinking it and deleting it.
Inside reception, you'll find pictures on the wall; you can drag your own images into the frames; put your logo here perhaps. In the cinema, there is a board for advertising or information and a further board to show current film info.
The building must be seen to be appreciated. It needs 8192sq m of land. At 346 prims you may think this is high; remember that an 8192 piece of land affords 1874 prims. It is moderately low prim for a building of this size.
