UPDATE - What an awesome experience.
OK, so I purchased this item a few days ago...absolutely adore the set...BUT....I gave it two stars and complained in my review because the necklace could not be resized. Rosa read the comment and sent me a replacement with a resize script...almost IMMEDIATELY. What excellent/amazing Customer Service! Rosa, you have earned a customer for life! I'm upgrading my rating to TEN STARS! (yes, I'm aware they only allow 5 but I'm adding five of my own!) Thank you for your excellent creations AND incredible customer service and response time.
