Three private rooms on the second floor with an open room for med lab and
a large room with interior window for the stations opperations office.
The bottom floor is the hanger and cargo bay with four airlocks for easy take off and landing within the station.
Station comes boxed with the space station and all the accessories seen in the pictures and listed below.
Everything is copy/mod so you can decorate your station with as little or as much as you desire.

A nice asteroid with lots of stores and spaces.
The extra stuff is neat too. And you don't need a big sim.
4096 sqm should be enough. For flying you need something bigger.
