You wear a hud or other attachment and when you change outfit it goes off because it's not stored in all your outfits.
Solution: lock it using RLV !
Conditions:
- you have RLV active
- attachment is MOD
Just add this short script in attachment and click it holding mouse down for 5 sec to lock/unlock.

I had been using a similar RLV lock script to lock HUDs but that one locks and unlocks by rapidly clicking on the HUD about 5 times. This one is a bit easier and it requires just to long press on the HUD. The instructions says for 5 seconds but I've found that sometimes I need to press longer than 5 seconds. This one is better priced too at only 10L versus about 150L for the other one.
I give the RLV Lock script 5 stars.
