I had a bad experience with this. None of my hosts/djs could post and event and even after I sent rene a nc the only response was how its suppose to work .he said nothing on troubleshooting or even an attempt tp to my club to help.i re resed it followed step by step and even waited 2 days just incase of sl lag and it still didn't work.i even posted please help in the group and no one responded. Bad company bad item and bad review.This is why theres a NO RETURN POLICY I bet

OK so im leaving a 5 star because i love the product! It works great! just wish i knew how to get rid of "RM's Event Board" and maybe make it say the name of the club instead but hey thats a little issue! I will have to admit though that my service was good but the respect was limited! I felt pretty belittled since i did leave a bad review (didnt receive the item at first) Customers always right but i felt pretty disrespected and insulted! I was actually called rude and stupid! But the person behind the product has nothing to do with the product! So i love it! i will never buy from them again but im glad there is nothing else i want!
