its a full body pose. its not a top half pose. I was hoping it would just pose my arms and hands only.
Should specify women only pose
There is no male version. There is a notecard to change your shape to make it fit, but as a male, to make the pose work, you have to make your shape look deformed.

Your poses are so great! I have used many for photography and I want to thank you. I can't believe most of these poses are 50 lindens. I have bought poses that have cost so much more and were not as amazing as the poses you have! Most of these poses even come with props! The props are so well made and look so real. I can't believe how great these poses are, and now when I want a pose I come directly to your store. You have everything anyone could want! Also, I really appreciate how you put in a note what to do if some of the poses do not line up right. If I do have to edit my shape it's not by much and I have a pretty curvy shape. You are a amazing creator, and I just want to thank you and let you know how much I enjoy your work!
