The hardest part of modeling is making the model to walk continuously w/o stopping in the middle of the runway. This is a practice runway HUD, to walk smooth and do not stop. Whenever you stop you are pushed into posing, in that way you get used to walk.
This is excellent to practice a smooth walking in the runway, as if the avatar stops instead of walking the avatar may sit. So the model learns to manage the arrows and not to stop while walking.
