The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

Pan Out before buying
this house looks sooo nice inside and out. has a realistic feel to it. However, the lod on the outer walls and the light fixtures is pretty bad. it breaks apart when panning out the slightest distance.
