Beautiful 2 story home made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.
1st floor has separate rooms for the kitchen, dining, living, laundry space, bathroom and a library/study. With 3 sets of french doors leading to the back deck from the livingroom, and also doors out from the kitchen and bathroom (which could double as an extra bedroom if you wanted).
Take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor and you will find another bathroom, 2 normal bedrooms, and a Master bedroom that has another room off it that could be either a walk-in closet, nursery or sitting room. Also there are doors leading out from both sides into front and back balconies.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

Beautiful but not much can be modified
I dont like to give low reviews but hopefully this review may help someone. This is a beautiful low prim home . I thought I would be able to modify a few walls in this ( like all of my other mesh prefabs) but I cant. The walls can be tinted and textured but thats it . There are several useless closets - i would have prefered a bigger kitchen and living room .
My kitchen set doesnt fit - not sure where a dining room table would go .. and the living room is smaller than expected for a house this size.

Checked out a LOT of houses before getting back to Roost again and got this one. It's an amazing build and well worth every L$! Prim count is exceptionally low for a house this size. Don't doubt, just get it!
My favorite home on sl!
I have been eyeing this house / mansion for quite some time. I was torn between the three story and the two-story on which one to choose. I was unaware that the no atic version had a option for the fake 3rd story windows which is what made me so torn between the two but I didn't want the extra prims of the 3rd one due to my prim limit at my parcel. This home is simply gorgeously elegant. You can even change the colors of the walls and ceiling by going into edit and then edit face. I had so much fun adding all my matching baazar floria furniture which I highly recommend to go in here. You can't go wrong with this home. I even bought the matching garage and guest house. I converted the garage into a horse stable and it turned out stunning. Thanks so much roost for this lovely dream home. I can honestly say if I ever get a custom house built in real, I'd base it off this home. So gorgeous

I adore this home! I bought it a few days after it was released and forgot to write a review for it! I chose to purchase this no attic version, although I know I would have enjoyed the three story attic version too, because, for one, I love large grand chandeliers, I was happy to put a big grand chandelier over the staircase in this two story version. I also chose this version based on room count, I wouldn't need three extra bedrooms, I live alone and sometimes I bring out my zooby baby, so that would leave me with three huge guest bedrooms, I'm sure I could find a use for them, art studios, party rooms, so on and so forth. One of my favorite parts of this house is that you can choose to either have the version that you see in the picture without the third floor windows, or you can choose the included version WITH the FAKE third story windows. Had I know there was a version with the fake windows I wouldn't have taken so long in deciding between this no attic version or the attic version. I also loved that there were bookshelves included for the library and the step ladder, though I wish that the cases came with books, I had difficulty finding good book rows and arranging them to look right. All in all, if you want the grandeur of the three story version, while only able to afford this much, and are happy with the two floors, buy this house, you will not regret it. Even this two floor version is grand and elegant and impressive! 5/5 stars! Keep these historic mansions coming ROOST!
