*1st floor is semi-split level and has a grand entry that leads through to the formal living room with a beautiful picture windows. The Dining room and kitchen are in one big space and it has stairs down to the grand family room with 2story height windows and a large deck at the back for entertaining. There's also a laundry, a bathroom, a guest bedroom with walk in robe space and the Garage with a tool/gardening room.

Then take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor.
There are 2 different versions of the house included that have different options for this floor.
One version has 3 bedrooms all with large wardrobe rooms and they all share 1 bathroom.
The other version has 2 bedrooms that share a joint Jack'n'Jill Bathroom, and the Master bedroom has it's own bathroom off the Wardrobe space. From the Master bedroom you can walk out to the front balcony, or head down the hallway to a Juliet balcony indoors that overlooks the family room or further along to yet another outdoor. There's also another room that could be used for an office or nursey... the options are endless.
