Great for coastal themed plots
Having originally gone to demo another home i checked this and a few others out and fell for this one, if you have beach or waterfront plot this would be ideal it will comfortably fit on a 1024sqm plot the included carport is removable and it comes with a texture to remove the wall shading of the carport. It's a generously sized home with a good sized deck, living area, bedroom area, box room and bathroom.
If you are wondering what the two home versions are it refers to a dividing wall in the bedroom one wall is just wood clad the other wood clad with a cut out shelf feature. to me this dividing wall just wastes valuable space that could be better used so i unlinked it and removed it leaving a shadow behind and it left me with a more usable area to furnish. If i had to change anything about the home i'd make the box and bathrooms slightly larger otherwise it's a perfect home worth the L$
Great House For The Beach
I own both this house and the slightly larger version with a pool. I searched all over mp and inworld trying to find the perfect beach house for my seaside lot. I am convinced that this is it! This is a beautiful house, well laid out, spacious, easy to rez, and use. I love that the doors can be left open to make the house more open to nature. My only complaint is not liking the wall that sub-divides the bedroom but that is a small issue. I spend a lot of time on the deck. You won't regret buying this house!
