A carefully crafted impeccable build. I am impressed. However, there is one But.,if you can make this Mesh to decrease the prims then this rating would be 5 Stars. To be clear, I did not give 5 stars because of the prim amount - otherwise it would be 5 Stars,

This might sound silly but, I only found that it was made of prims and sculpted prims after I bought it XD (all this time I thought it was mesh lol).
At first I was a bit disappointed because it wasn't mesh, but then I could understand why so many prims, also because it's made of normal prims was easier for me to make the modifications I wanted.
Now after working with this structure, I'm just amazed of the detailed work of the creator, the textures, the quality, the shadows effects, it's simply amazing!, this is definitely one of the best structures made of old prims/sculpts I've seen in my entire SL and I'm very happy with my purchase :3
But, I really hope to see a mesh version of this in the future, specially the little brown building on top.

This is AMAZING and the creator was kind enough to help me out when I needed to match textures. I can't wait to see if he releases any other buildings along this line. I'll be the first to buy.
