It's simple script operating on chat commands that allows you or your owner to lock your appearance using RLV.
Keep in mind it only prevents taking off or adding stuffs to your avatar and once you set an owner, your access is cut completely.
Once you wear it you should receive message that will provide command that will explain other commands.
Besides those once you set owner there will be one more command available, "remowner" that allows ownership removal but only owner can use it.
The script can be taken out from prim and put to anywhere you'd like but keep in mind you will need to detach and attach it again to let script update information.
Setting up and removal of owner uses double check, in case of mistyping and also to make sure this action is intended.
