Nice simple sign that accommodated 8 different teleport destinations, grid wide if needed, via landmarks. The front of each little board can be retextured to show the destination

Copy - so you can rez more if needed.
Modify so you can resize, retexture etc.

Just edit linked, and drop the LM into the little plaque on the front and drop your destination texture on in place of the instructions, and done.
