Sometimes you don't need a full greeter facility and why have a complicated greeter and disable everything when all you want is somthing to give you a list of who has visited?

Well here's the cute solution. A furry friend on his welcome mat to make that list for you. You can open the script inside to change the scan range if you wish. and just saying hep in nearby will give you all the instructions. So easy. And if you like the preset scan range, nothing to do to set it up either.

Chat commands are
say list - it will list your visitors in nearby
reset - will clear the list
help - will remind you of these commands
