R(S)W - For the Birds - Special Set

This delightful birdhouse/birdbath combination is perfect for garden or patio!

The birdbath is made from 3 upended flowerpots and a catch pot, painted with whimsical designs in bright colors. You can choose to have a birdbath without a fountain (1 LI). Or you can pick the one with a fourth flowerpot in the center, with mesh water bubbling out of it. (2 LI)

If you choose the fountain bath, it comes with the soothing sounds of water flowing over the ceramic pot and into the catch basin. The sound uses clips, played randomly, so you don't have to worry about a sound loop slowly driving you mad.

You can also turn the sound off entirely, if you like, or change the volume, just by touching the birdbath. A menu dialog will appear that lets you choose from 10% to 100% volume, in 10% increments. You can even stop the sound, and then resume later at the same volume.

Whether you choose the fountain or not, the mesh water in the catch basin swirls and moves in an amazingly lifelike manner, giving you a bit of visual interest at all times.

The set also comes with a charming bird house that looks like a tiny Victorian cottage with gingerbread gables and a little white fence. The modeling and texturing are complete down to the indent for hanging in the back of the chimney, and the plain wood texture inside the house.

You can choose to use the house with or without a pole. The one without is perfect for decoration, or for hanging from a tree!

Either way, it comes in a 1 LI or 2 LI version. They are identical when viewed close up. It's only when they are out in your yard that you can see the 2 LI version has better LOD resistance. It will look like a birdhouse no matter how far away you get. The 1 LI version collapses at the lowest LOD. (They both look great at Low and Up.)

No matter which one you choose, it will fill your yard with the songs of American backyard birds all day, and night birds and crickets all night. Once again, the songs are random, so you don't need to worry about repetitive sound loops. It's just like being outside in the country!

To turn the birdsong off, you can simply set the script to Not Running. (Directions are included, in case you're not sure how to do this.)
