Why have plain, dull, boring glass when your glass can have amazing texture? Whether you're making a table top, a shower enclosure, a tray, a bathroom window, a glass vase, or anything else that's glass, you need these textures!

There are 15 different organic textures of untinted glass in this pack, from Baroque swirls, to blistered glass, glass that's reminiscent of brain coral, glass that looks like frost flowers, plain old frosted glass, glass with a pattern of gardenias stamped into it, and glass with a kaleidoscope pattern. There's glass that looks like leopard skin, glass that looks like pebbles, glass with swirls like sedimentary rocks, glass with tiny seed bubbles, and glass with larger seeds. There's glass with a starburst pattern, and glass with lots of tiny swirls. There's even glass with zebra stripes!

All the textures are full perm, so you can save them to your hard disk, make them into windows or use them in stained glass panels. You can add colors in your graphics program, as detailed in my book about Stained Glass for SL. You can also put them in any object, to keep, sell, or give away. (See the License below for more information.)

All the textures are completely seamless, so you can tile them as much as you need to. Use any even Repeat number when you apply them to sculpts, cylinders, and spheres, and they will look like the glass was blown that way.

They are 24 bit textures, which means that they have no alpha channel. This means that you can use them as they are, and they will never have alpha sorting issues. (That's where you have one transparent texture in front of another, and the farther one shows through the close one.) I recommend making them Full Bright, so it looks like there's light glowing through the glass.

Or you can add any amount of transparency you like, to get semi-transparent panels. (Note: too much transparency will make the glass look faded.)

There are a million things you can do with these textures. Let your imagination soar!

==== R(S)W Texture License ====

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. You do not own the textures, you are purchasing a license to use them in Second Life, as described below, and nothing more.

2. You ARE permitted to use as many of them as you like on your own builds, for sale or not for sale. For purposes of this license, a "Build" is a construction that you have made, which consists of something other than a single box prim with the texture applied to it.

3. You ARE permitted to save them to a hard drive on your main working computer, and on a laptop or other peripheral computer (2 computers only,) and to manipulate the color, luminosity, or saturation, or to crop them or use them as part of another texture (for instance, in a texture sheet.) HOWEVER, if you do so, that new texture comes under the provisions of this license.

4. You ARE permitted to make backup copies to protect against loss through computer error or malfunction.

5. You ARE permitted to include them as textures in no-transfer builds, so that the purchaser (your customer) can repair the build, or choose among several textures for the build PROVIDED that the texture itself is never sold, leased, or given away with both copy and transfer permissions.

6. You ARE permitted to reference them by UUID in scripts, PROVIDED that the script does not have modify permissions, AND does not have both copy and transfer permissions.

7. You ARE permitted to give copies of the textures to people on a legitimate building team, provided that you disable the Transfer permissions before you do so.

8. You ARE permitted to give full perm copies to your alts, but ONLY to your alts. (The texture is licensed to you, the actual human being behind the avatar, not to a specific SL avatar.)

9. You ARE NOT permitted to sell, give away, lease, lend or otherwise distribute the textures as full perm or copy/transfer textures for any purpose whatsoever. This specifically includes "texture sharing" groups.

10. You ARE NOT permitted to use these textures anywhere except Second Life. This includes, but is not limited to, other grids, the web, real life printed publications, real life t-shirts or other merchandise, and real life 3D printing. If you want to use these textures somewhere else, IM Robin Sojourner. Robin Sojourner may, at her discretion, allow such use for a fee that will be solely determined by her.

11. You ARE NOT permitted to save the textures to your own hard drive, and then re-upload them to Second Life, any other grid, the web, or any other place, real or virtual, in changed or unchanged form, for the purposes of claiming them as your creations, and selling, leasing, giving away, or distributing them in any other matter as textures.

12. If you have any questions about whether a use is permitted or not, please IM Robin Sojourner for clarification.

soo disappointed. Spent nearly 400L on this. Specifically wanted the two textures (small and large seeds) because I needed a "blown glass" look for a ball. Those 2 textures don't even look like glasss however. They have a WHITE background. It's more like a white background wiht grey circles. =(. Should've listened to my instincts on this one.
