RaRo Octagon Maker Personal Edition

The RaRo Octagon Maker is a building tool that creates octagons, including sides, a roof and optionally a floor, according to the instructions you specify via a notecard. You can specify the side length and height, the roof height, the roof overhang, and whether or not there should be a floor. The resulting structure, all linked together as a single object, is modifiable and copyable so that you can texture and color it as you like, remove a wall to add a door or connect it to another structure, etc.

Each created octagon will be 16 or 24 prims, depending on whether there is a floor, with each prim having a maximum size in any dimension of 10m. Larger octagons can be created by combining them (such as stacking two in order to create one 20m tall).
Note that there are 2 editions of the RaRo Octagon Maker: The Personal Edition and The Builder's Edition. The Personal Edition of the RaRo Octagon Maker is intended for creating a single octagon for use by the purchaser, while the Builder's Edition is intended for a builder who wants more than one or intends to sell the resulting octagons. The differences lie in the permissions and how many times it can be used.
For both editions, the octagon that is built is copyable and modifiable. But it is only transferable with the Builder's Edition. In neither case is the Octagon Maker itself transferable. In addition, after the RaRo Octagon Maker Personal Edition has built the octagon, it deletes itself, so it can only be used once. The Builder's Edition does not delete itself and may be used repeatedly.
In addition, a demo version of the RaRo Octagon Maker is freely available. Unlike the Personal and Builder's Editions, the free demo version does not link the pieces of the octagon together, does not allow modification of the pieces, and the pieces delete themselves after about 2 minutes. This is useful to test the capabilities and notecard parameters of the Octagon Maker.
The pictures shown here are examples of what can be created with the RaRo Octagon Maker using different parameters after texturing. The textures are not included, and the octagon is created using the default wood texture.
