[Rab] Solarian Calico Applier Box

i purchased it thinking I could just hit the, click to apply mod button and it would just do it. However I have tried linking the applier, rezzing it, adding prims to it, and even putting it in the mesh avatar and this mod sill wont work. it looks nice in the picture, but so far doesn't seem to work.
