Fantastic little track.
This was much nicer than I expected. Just a note, not a complaint. If your land is exactly 64 by 64 and you rez it at ground level, it may cover your rental box. I had to hang it out over the water just a tad to expose the box. Putting it on a platform overcomes this. I did check with landlord and they said it was fine as is so I kept it at ground level.
