1. This is a one avatar license.

2. You are not permitted to give a copy of or transfer this product to any other Second Life ® resident including your own alternate accounts/avatars.

3. You are permitted to use this product on the Second Life ® Agni grid and the Second Life ® Marketplace exclusively.

4. You are not permitted to transfer, copy, or sell this product on any other grids (i.e. Open Sim, Avination, Inworldz, Second Life ® Beta Grid, etc.).

5. You are not permitted to sell our textures as a stand alone product. Our textures are intended to be applied to a model and then can be resold as a complete product.

6. Permissions for the sale of your end product (texture applied to the model it was created for) must be:
a. Modify, Copy, No Transfer
b. No Modify, Copy, No Transfer
c. No Modify, No Copy, Transfer
d. Modify, No Copy, Transfer

7. You are not permitted to give this product and/or end product away free for any reason (i.e. Second Life ® events such as Hunts, Group Gifts, Lucky Chairs, Gotchas, etc.)

8. You are not allowed to alter our textures in any way (example: recolor, adding or removing small details, etc.)

9. You must follow the terms and conditions created by the designer of the full permission product this texture was created for.

10. There are no refunds. This is a full permission product and is not returnable.

11. Use of RADIANCE product advertisements, images, and marketing materials is prohibited.

12. All RADIANCE products are protected under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act as well as international laws. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
