you must own land or the ability to deed item to a group's land.

you own land

just rez and use it

you have group land

1) you MUST have group title active on group land
2) rez radio
3) in item edit / general - set item to group if not already,
4) click share
5) finally deed item to group

now you are ready to go
just touch the radio and select reset
it takes a few seconds to load channels
you will see in local chat when its done
select genre then choose a channel
