Attention: This is not the classic best selling
TrigiTec radio! This is a radio, that is specifically
designed for the "Skybox problem" where landlords
rent skyboxes on parcels that are not separated.
In such Skyboxes, all SL radios will not work, so i
have created this TrigiTec Skybox radio to
circumvent this problem.
It will not use the built in SL music
player, but the media player on your computer.
(For example the Winamp player or VLC Player.)
When clicking the radio, you can choose a station.
In the pop up, choose 'Go to page'. Then a website
on your internet browser will pop up, there choose
'Listen'. [In rare cases you might have to direct the
browser to your media player first.]
This solution is not perfect, but it s the only way in
rented skyboxes, where you are not allowed to
deed your radio.

Perfect for private uses... Not for clubs or events.
This solution is perfect for a skybox or similar uses ... but not for a club.
In a club it is a terrible idea to share external links to attendees to access streaming.
We all know that SL sucks in certain aspects and that this problem comes from them, so the solution provided by this radio should be offered for the uses it can solve, not for services that it really cannot satisfy.

Is what it is
I do wish it would broadcast for me instead of opening a page, but the upside is, when I do share the link with someone whom I wis to hear it with me, they hear the same thing at the same time no matter what country they are in. I like it. Pain in the ass to have to share a link. Link works great regardless. You win some you lose some. I feel like I won.
disappointed
I put this radio down on my property and it is a joke, sorry, but it is. I clicked a station, I was the only one who could hear it...radio? Nope, EVERYONE should be able to hear it. What I discovered is, the reason for this is, it opens a webpage, yes just like it says BUT that is all it does. And if I shut the page, the music tops so in other words, al it does is stores the stations and nothing more! I can open radio webpages without having to have spent 300L and NO COPY too! Too much money for no copy, (I don't understand why this is and yes, I knew this when I purchased it but was willing to live with that if it worked, but it doesn't!)and for what I paid for, I can just go to the Shoutcast webpage and click stations to listen to!
