This platform can carries up to 5 passengers for a many hours trip across the served regions.
How it works...
Go to one of those Station to rez the Railcar:

Deploy the Railcar on the railway,
Move and rotate it correctly over the rails...
Sit and click on the engin block to start or to stop it.
