These are sweet little toy houses and they look great, but I'm not sure why the set is listed as 2 prims. Each house has 1 land impact; linking them together does not reduce the land impact. I tried making them smaller, but this didn't reduce the land impact (at least, not at a size that allowed them to still be visible and noticeable). So I definitely recommend this set, but know that each building is 1 land impact regardless.
