Rain with lightning

The rain and lightning animation is actually gorgeous, but the real problem is you cannot resize this item, making it incredibly difficult to position and set up on a sim correctly. Would be perfect if you could, but sadly means you have to build around the rain, rather than set it up for what you've built.
