This is version 1.0 of my new house build. It's a Ranch Style single floor Vista. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open floor plan for the Kitchen and Living Room.
Fits nicely on a land that is 2032 m2. It's a simple rez box through the Caspertech Rez2 and once Rezzed it is only 39 Land Impact. 99% of this model is Mesh, with two aspects being sculpt and 2 being standard prim. This is a Hi Rez Mesh House.
Does NOT come with the walk way, sand, or water. That's just decorations I have around my house.
