How to use:
Attach anywhere you choose. (spare place on the HUD recommended)
Requires the restrainedlife viewer.
Controls:
Detach within 10 seconds of attaching.
Detach within 20 seconds of getting the unlock notice (after a bit over an hour...)
...aside from that, you have none :)
During random intervals, between 10 seconds and 10 minutes,something will get locked down. You don't get to choose what. There is also a 50% chance that something will get released. And no, you don't get to choose what there either.
