This tattoo is on the tattoo layer, and the underpants/undershirt layer.
It is modifiable so you can leave the dark red color, or change it to a more traditional black.
The arms, front, and legs are covered in runic writing and symbols for the elements.
The back center is the celtic "Tree of life" surrounded by an oborous which stands for eternity. Surrounding the oborous is the symbols for the four elements used in alchemy.
If you look at the back as if it's a grid, the top right is fire. It is near the astrological signs for Leo, Aries, and Sagittarius because those are the signs that connect to that element.
The top right is Earth. It is joined by the symbols for Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn.
The bottom left is Air. The astrological symbols are Aquarius, "Balance", and Gemini.
The bottom left is Fire. It has Pisces, Cancer, and Scorpio
The tattoo is on the undershirt, underpants, and glove layers.
