A grubby office consisting of a desk, a chair, three filing cabinets (each individual units that can be rearranged) and floor clutter.
It’s been ransacked for anything valuable and left in a bit of a state, might suit a grunge, urban, hobo, ruined or post apocalyptic setting.

an absolutely beautiful build, i am so pleased and such a great price too
Can't fault it!
Low prim, low cost, looks great in world. I really can't fault this set. The detail is good and everything is mod so you can add stuff, take parts away, add animations etc. Well deserved 5 stars.
