Raster Radio Land Adaptor V3
The Land Adaptor makes it possible to use your radio on land owned by others without the need to hand over ownership and deed your Raster Radio.
Inside the Land Adaptor is a Access List of people allowed to change the music on the land it is installed on. Just add the names of the people who's land adaptor compatable radio will be allowed to change the music, give the Land Adaptor to the owner of the land and have them set it out and deed if land is deeded to a group.
The Channel can be changed by editing the "channel" notecard in the Adaptor's contents. This is usfull when you use several Land Adaptors within close proximity of each other.

The range of the Land Adaptor is a 100m radius from it's location. Several Land Adaptors can be placed to cover a much larger area if needed for example when using a HUD radio on large properties.
Some other uses for the Land Adaptor:
CLUB OWNERS: You can add the name of a DJ that uses a Land Adaptor compatable radio to the Access List to allow them to control the music. Once they leave just delete their name.
LANDLORDS: Place a Land Adaptor on each rental lot and add and remove renter's names as needed to allow control of the parcel music. (Renter should have a Land Adaptor compatible radio) * Contact me about a special option I offer to landlords.
FRIENDS: Each person can have a Land Adaptor on their land parcel allowing their visiting friends to control the music with their Land Adaptor compatable radio (HUD radio for example). Just add the names to the Access List.
-- USING THE LAND ADAPTOR --:
The Land Adaptor allows you to use your radio on land that you do not own. When operating your radio you should be within a 100m radius from the Land Adaptor. You can have several Land Adaptors placed to cover a larger area if needed.
THE FIRST THING YOU MUST DO BEFORE USING THE LAND ADAPTOR IS TO ADD YOUR NAME TO THE ACCESS LIST LOCATED IN THE LAND ADAPTORS CONTENTS. If there are more Land Adaptor compatible Raster Radios radios to be used on the same land add the names of the owners of those radios. Only one Land adaptor is needed for all of the Land Adaptor compatible Raster Radios used on the same land.
For land owned by another:
Give the Land Adaptor to the owner of the land and have the land owner set it out.
For land set to a Group:
Give the Land Adaptor to an officer of the group and have them set it out.
Have the officer set it to the same group as the land it is to be used on.
They should make sure that the "Share with group" box is checked on the General tab of the Land Adaptor.
They should also check the "Allow anyone to move" box if you intend to move it later.
To use the radio you must have the same group as the land adaptor activated on you avatar.
For land Deeded to a Group:
Give the Land Adaptor to an officer of the group and have them set it out.
Have the officer set it to the same group as the land it is to be used on.
Have the officer DEED the Land Adaptor to the group.
They should make sure that the "Share with group" box is checked on the General tab of the Land Adaptor.
They should also check the "Allow anyone to move" box if you intend to move it later.
To use the radio you must have the same group as the land adaptor activated on you avatar.
Getting you Land Adaptor back:
Have the owner of the land set the Land Adaptor for sale for L$0 and buy it back.
If it was used on group land have an officer of the group set it for unshare than set it for sale for L$0 and buy it back.
