Ratany Fine Engineerings Rezbox (Builders Version)

Ratany Fine Engineerings Rezbox enables you to pack up your buildings or other objects/prims and rez them from the box through a menu.

This rezbox has advanced features that support the builder and make some of the most tedious tasks involved with using a rezbox easy through options like:

+ automatic pick up of all the items

+ finding client scripts in child prims and removing them automatically

+ warning about unlinked prims and possible duplicates of the client script

+ gives statistics about your build, like number of prims and land impact

+ the box can be moved relative to the items, so you can reposition the box

+ You can have multiple rezboxes in the same region without them interfering with each other without having to use configuration note cards and without messing with having to set different channels.

+ protection of no-copy items

This is the transferable version of the rezbox. You can sell your build with it. When you sell your build with it, please make sure all the rezbox scripts are set to no transfer. Do not give this rezbox or the scripts away transferable. (The scripts are copy, transfer and no modify.)

The personal use version has been discontinued. Buyers of the personal use version are eligible for an upgrade to the builders version at no additional cost. Please contact me to receive the upgrade.

2021-12-20:

This is a maintenance release. The Lindens broke the build feature and building got stuck after rezzing the first object. This version fixes this problem. RLV usage has also been modifed in that you can pick up your build automatically by default when you have RLV enabled. Without RLV, you need to allow attaching for each object when picking up. Alternatively, you can of course pick up your build manually.

With the previous version, you can still build by either clicking on the Position for every object rezzed --- or before building, replace the ~RfE-rezzboxmaster script with the new version and then build. To update your build, build it, replace the ~RfE-rezzboxclient script in the rezzox, then click on Set Pin in the menu, click on Update and when updating is complete, click on Unset Pin. After updated, pick up your build and put it into the rezzbox after emptying it.

You may want to disable the follow-mode after building and positioning.

2024-05-18:

This is a bugfix: Getting a copy of the contents of the box through the menu didn't work. I've fixed that. If you already bought the rezzbox, please use the redelivery option to get the new version.

You can update your existing boxes by removing the ~RfE-rezzboxmaster script and putting the ~RfE-rezzboxmaster from the new version into the old box. That saves you from putting all the contents of existing boxes into the new version.

2024-11-18:

This is a bugfix for the very rezzing! And you get no longer drowned in the message that something isn't assigned yet from objects that haven't been recorded yet. Please use the redelivery feature of the marketplace to get this new version.
