First wear the main HUD ( /HUD/ lel EvoX (f) 3.1 ) then you'll need to activate
the "EVOX" option (it's on the main tab of your HUD) after that wear the
makeup or skin directly from your inventory's folder, it should work fine.

Love it! I've found the perfect eyeliner, it looks pretty exotic and realistic.
It's probably the best eyeliner right now
I like it. It's nicely matte. Pretty good pigment... Not quuiiite black enough for me, but nothing is! I have Wednesday Addams standards when it comes to that. But anyway, I like this eyeliner. It's probably the best eyeliner right now all over the grid. It just works well enough for me.
