What this box contains is a free grass rezzer. Its only 7 prims and is boarderd with a scripted texture changing hedge. Clicking the grass will give you two options.
First our demo garden, which will give you an idea of how ReZidence units rez and derez and how the animation menu works (Note: the animations in the demo garden are not the animations in the units we sell)
Second, our ReZidence unit gallery which displays 20 of the units we sell at our store and a notecard giver with information on our product.
ReZidence Units make a great business opportunity! If you are interested in property rental our system provides more options for your renters and saves you prims so you can offer more units for rent. The ReZidence grass rezzer will derez any rezzed unit after being vacant for 15 minutes. What this means to you is you only have the origional 7 prims rezzed at all times - the prims for the homes themselves are only rezzed when your renter is home.
All our units are fully copiable - so purchasing one allows you to drop them into as many grass rezzers as youd like. We come out with new units every month so you can always provide new scenes or homes to keep your long term renters happy.
