This is a retro 1950s style diner building, that comes with realistic scripted lighting and rich, detailed textures that give the structure a soft classic feel. The design is strongly based on real american prefab diners from the 1950s.
From my own experience I know that prim count is a big issue, especially if you rent a limited prim space, or if you want to make an entire urban sim with multiple complex buildings.
My diner is made with just such situations in mind, using sculpted prims and megaprims to limit prim count, while keeping the looks fresh and attractive. The whole structure is just 41 prims, 38 for the building and 3 prims for the scripted door.
This diner includes a bar, and overhead lamps with scripted on-touch lighting. Other furniture or neon is not included. To get a custom neon for your diner contact Ais Aeon.

Of course, there are many stylish Mesh diners on the MarketPlace, but they are not good for customizing(modifying: resizing, changing textures, unlinking and linking, etc.)
This 1950s style diner is Prim made, so if you want to customize it to your liking,

Just to agree with the other reviewers, this is a really wonderfull build, low prims and very low price, the detail is very accurate,i dont know why i didnt review this when i first bought it, i have had it now for 2 years and still is looking good now! i love all the retro furnishings the creator has made, and the customer support is fantastic...well done

This is a super '50s diner. Detail is so real and I can remember it well. Will look even more exact once the 'extras' are in place like furnishings. Well done!
