A real "fixer-upper"!
This 2 bedroom, one bathroom mobile home is perfect for you! Comes with washer and dryer in "like new" condition. Needs TLC! There was some water damage from previous owner, but the smell goes away if you just crack the windows for a few hours! The 2 broken windows WERE NOT caused by attempted breaking and entering! Very safe!
Needs new carpets, lino, wallpaper, paint, toilet, shower fixtures, and the deck could use some work. Air conditioner is broken, needs to be replaced. A great bargain!
This trailer is perfect for machinima and photography.
Only L$1250 for that "lived-in" look!
