Realistic Mesh Surfboard "C-3 V2 Ready"

High Quality, Low Land Impact, Mesh Surfboards for use with the scriptsets/systems of your own choice.

This "Realistic Foam Blank" board has an ultra high detail, RL surfboard blank, used for the UV texture, which gives you the most realistic surfboard in SL.

Its the best of them all, in realism of the animations and performance, since I have tested all the boards from the various creators, that have demos or rezzers to test from, at the various beaches/surf spots.

I have prepared one of each of my surfboards in this package, to be easily set up with the C3-V2 system, with just a few minutes of editing. Simply follow the "Instructions for the C3-V2 Ready Surfboard" notecard, in the folder.

If you prefer using another scriptset/system, there is another board of each version "for other systems", that has just the board and it's fins. You will have to figure out how to do the other systems yourself, although reading the C3-V2 instructions notecard, may help give an overall idea of how it's done generally.

In this package is:
1. Realistic Foam Blank "C3-V2 Ready"(2048cut toHQ1024UV, 2Faces), that is copy/mod.

2. Realistic Foam Blank (2048cut toHQ1024UV, 2Faces) for other systems, that is copy/mod.

3. Three No Mod/No Transfer "Foam Blank" Textures for changing the look of the board back to just "blank" if you do not want to use an artwork texture anymore:
3a. A blank only texture (no artwork) for the top deck only.
3b. A blank with Carbon Fiber Fin Boxes texture (no artwork) for the bottom deck only.
3c. A blank only texture (no artwork) for the bottom deck only.

(I will post new "Three in folder, with art work" textures weekly, on marketplace, for modding boards for women and men, at 50L$ per three textures of one type of artwork.) I charge 500L$ to create specially requested artwork on this "Surfboard foam blank" texture. See the notecard in the folder for "Custom Artwork" details.

4. Fins that are copy/mod. (Correctly set up on the board with Toe in, Canted side fins.) Created to give you 3 faces on each side to texture, although the UV texture supplied allows 8 different sections of the fin to be textured as you like.

NOTE: By using the transparency settings, in the "Texture" tab of the edit window, when editing the textured fins in Secondlife, setting the transparency to around 10-20%, makes very realistic looking, colored fins.

5. Two Full perm Textures for modding the fins.

6. Two Astrodecks for the board that are copy/mod.

7. Three full perm UV Textures and three copy/mod "Astrodeck rubber" textures for modding the Astrodeck.

NOTE: To change/modify the textures of the Realistic Foam Blank, since it has 2 faces, you must tick the "Select Face" box in the edit menu, then click on the top or bottom deck of the surfboard, with your mouse pointer, to select the particular "face", then simply drag the desired texture from the Realistic Foam Blank folder or the "Three in folder, with art work" folder you have bought separately, which is in your inventory and drop it on that particular face.

NOTE: The Realistic Foam Blank Surfboard looks really great when changing it's color, using the large color gradient color picker box, above the different default color choices in the little squares, when the lighter version of the colors are maintained by moving the little slider on the right, only about 1cm-3cm down from the top, and then clicking inside the big square color gradient, to select the color you want.

An interesting aspect of the lighter color choices, is that for those who are on the lowest viewer graphics setting, the colors look truly fantastic, since the parts that have light directly on them, seem whiter and the shadowy parts have the color chosen, so an "airbrushed" effect takes place.

The Astrodecks have 3 faces. The fins not been created with "faces"and use only the UV to change it's appearance, since it would make the board too texture heavy. The Astrodeck can simply be removed for competitions.

Also included is:
A surfboard with Full Perms UV "C3-V2 Ready", with UV textures for totally personalizing the look of the surfboard, with 4 faces that can be textured, which is "C3-V2 Ready" with prims attached in the correct places, with the correct sizes and rotations for use with the C3-V2 scriptset/system and an Instructions notecard for doing it easily in just a few minutes, + Surfboard mentioned above, for using any other scriptset/system.

NOTE: For the default texture, I have colored it in a way that allows for multiple color configurations, by simply right clicking it and choosing "Edit". See Notecard for instructions.
