All Reality Homes are copy and modify. Please make sure you keep a copy of the home for backup. Some of the scripts and parts will not work when unlinked. The house may come up as no modify in your inventory, but that is only because of no modify scripts.

Here is some basic information...
Prims: 206
Plot: 4096
Floors: 3.5, 2 main floors, 1 bonus floor, and 1 terrace
First Floor: Master Bedroom & Bathroom, Study/Office, Sunroom, Dinning Room, Kitchen, and Living Room.
Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom.
Bonus Floor: Open area
Terrace: Nice open area for lounging or a romantic night for two.

This house does contain some sculpts...
For a better viewing...
1) click CTRL+ALT+D to open the ADVANCED menu.
2) Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click SHOW DEBUG SETTINGS
3) Look for or type in RENDERVOLUMELODFACTOR
4) For the best viewing change the value to 4.

Using the Rezzer: (The Tiny House)
1) Place your rezzer on the ground.
2) Click REZ to rez the house.
3) Turn, move, rotate the rezzer as needed.
4) (This step can be skipped, but does help) Once the perfect spot is found click REMOVE then REZ. This will take down the house and replace it in your new location and fixes any lagging prims.
5) Click FREEZE to lock house in place
6) Pick up or delete the rezzer
7) Decorate and enjoy!
