This is a rigged mesh item. You need an updated viewer with mesh capabilities in order to use it. You may need to right click>add/wear the included alpha layer so that your avatar does not stick out through the mesh. You may need to try each of the five sizes before you find which one fits. This mesh DOES have a chest sculpted onto it, they will not go flat just because of your avatar's shape, so do be aware that they may be bigger or smaller than you desire, but that they cannot be modified.
All mesh items are copy, no modify, no transfer. All alpha layers are full perms, but i doubt you'll need to alter them since they cover the whole body as covered by the kimono.

Chest accessories are made by Zatasha Zabaleta and are copy and modify, but no transfer.

The detailing is incomplete
I don't feel like it was a terrible purchase, not for the price. It's a low-end price and it's a low-end piece. The texture on the sides doesn't seem to meet. It's mostly black, there. With a little more work, this would be a great bargain and very pretty piece.
