This beautiful house is 146 prims without furniture. There are an extra 221 prims worth of furniture which can be removed if you wish.
The house has an open floor plan and a cathedral ceiling with a balcony area where you can relax with friends in front of a crackling fire or write your novel . There is a small bedroom and bathroom at the back of the house.
Footprint is approximately 30W x 30L.
Fireplace, windows, sink, stove, frying pan,teakettle and shower are all touch activated.
Teleporter is included.
Shower, Chairs and Bed all have poses except for the dining room set. Right click on objects without pose balls and select sit option.
Please read the information about Rez-Faux use and save the house before using the doors or the scripts might "break". But don't worry, you can always rez a new house if you need to.
House comes with Paskis keyserver which is programable for security and doors if you wish .
